Terms, Conditions and Policies

RETURNS

  • We accept returns within the first week of purchase, if you are not happy with your purchase please contact us so that we can assist in the return process.  Note: Refunds will only cover the price of the product and not the shipping cost of sending the product back to us.  You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product to us in the exact same condition as it was received.
  • For your order to be eligible for return/refund the product must be unused and in the exact same condition as it was received.  We only accept returns or exchanges if the item has not been damaged, if you have received your item damaged from the Courier, please contact us immediately so that we can assess and conclude.  
  • Please contact us as soon as you feel you require a refund/return so that we can assist you in this process (info@dbcreative.co.za).
  • Once we have received and inspected your order (that you have returned) we will contact you with our assessment and let you know whether your return is approved or not. If so we will start the refund process and keep you informed.
  • Please allow at least 5 working days for your refund to reflect.  If you still have not received your refund, please double check your bank statement and call your bank for assistance.  If the refund still does not reflect in your bank please contact us again (info@dbcreative.co.za). 
  • No Refunds/returns will be accepted on Custom made orders or products sold at a discount.

GUARANTEE (6-month)

  • All our products at db Creative are designed with quality and longevity in mind, therefore all our products have a 6-month guarantee.  This guarantee allows for normal wear and tear.  If you feel the product is not up to standard and your product has been damaged above "normal" wear and tear conditions please get in contact with us as soon as possible.
  • Once you have made contact with us we will require the product to be shipped to our warehouse (the cost associated with getting the products to us will be of your own accord).  Please make sure the product is properly packaged so that it does not occur additional damage when shipped to us.  Once we have received the product we will assess and get back to you with a conclusion and if successful we will replace your product in question as soon as possible.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • db Creative is a Limited Edition Conceptual Design Studio, therefore each product is unique and handmade when the order is received.  Because of this, we require 2-4 weeks for orders to be processed.  
  • Products might vary slightly in colour and grain as we use real wood veneer sheets, making each sheet unique. 
  • Most of our products are flat-packed and require assembly upon receiving the item.  
  • In some cases, our suppliers might be out of stock and therefore some customized options might not be available on certain products. 
  • All prices displayed on our website include tax but excludes shipping.  Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. 
  • We are a proudly South African company, with all our products designed and handmade at our warehouse in Benoni, Johannesburg. 
  • All pricing of products is subject to change without prior notice.
  • Products can be removed and/or added without prior notice.

SHIPPING

  • We deliver most of our products with The Courier Guy, anywhere in SA for only R105.  
  • Once an order is placed and we do not have the item in stock we require 2-4 weeks to manufacture and package your order.  If we do have the product in stock it will be shipped immediately. 
  • Once your order is completed it will be shipped with our preferred courier service.  Because we are located in JHB, orders within Gauteng only takes about 1 to 2 days.  Deliveries within other provinces can take from 2 to 4 working days.
